- File and update candidate sites
- Build up database system of retail market
- Survey and make catchment map (catchment area is the area from which a city, service or institution attracts a population that uses its services)
- Find the new sites with Master Lease and Project Transfer Scheme
- Prepare the proposal about the new area, sites, lands to Board of Directors to get approval
- Handle Development administration tasks, paper works, payment...
- Other tasks as assigned by Leader/ Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree
- 1-year work experience or above is preferred.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Be careful & accurate, team-work.
