Search and develop the PPP project
- make a good relationship with client
- make proposal and negotiate with client
- study and report the PPP-related laws
Cost Estimation for state budget project
- make tender analysis and tender estimation schedule
- support for cost estimation and build up cost databases
- keeping in touch with sub-contractors, suppliers, partners

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering (Infrastructure)
- At least 10 years experiences in similar work
- Preferred experience : plan and implement the PPP projects
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- No constraints for Domestic business trip
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with Clients
Working location
- Mostly Hanoi Office
- Sometimes business trip to DaNang and HCMC
- At least 10 years experiences in similar work
- Preferred experience : plan and implement the PPP projects
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English
- No constraints for Domestic business trip
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with Clients
Working location

- Sometimes business trip to DaNang and HCMC
