Development Assistant (English) (Staffs-Urgent!)

We are looking for an outstanding member for our current development team to learn all aspects of each development process, including assistance with simulations, color matching and sample management.
You will be a part of a dynamic and creative environment where you can development your professional career path with problem-solving and challenging tasks.

There are 2 factories to work in demand: SKS (Digital Print Mill) in Solto Office and Fulin Plastic Joint Stock Company nearby.

1. Making simulations using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Tạo mẫu thứ bản, sử dụng công cụ Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop.
2. Color matching.
So sánh màu sắc.
3. Check regularly sample requests via email/ECV system, make lists of development samples, build up dispatch plans/schedules, and contact related Parties for sample dispatches
Thường xuyên kiểm tra yêu cầu gửi mẫu trên email hoặc hệ thống ECV, lập danh sách các mẫu cần gửi, xây dựng kế hoạch/lịch gửi hàng mẫu, liên hệ với các bên có liên quan để gửi hàng.
4. Preparing labels and forms for sample submissions.
Chuẩn bị nhãn và mẫu để gửi mẫu.
5. Following up with simple logistic tasks to send out samples by couriers
Tham gia vào một số nhiệm vụ hậu cần đơn giản để gửi mẫu bằng chuyển phát nhanh.
6. Contacting testing companies for QA test requests of development samples as requested.
Liên hệ với công ty kiểm định để yêu cầu kiểm tra chất lượng của hàng mẫu theo yêu cầu.
7. Tracking and material quality via internal daily tests.
Theo dõi chất lượng vật liệu thông qua các bài kiểm tra nội bộ hàng ngày.
8. File up/Arranging development folders for all approved STD, hard copies, and development samples/documents.
Quản lý/Sắp xếp/lưu trữ các mẫu phát triển chưa hoặc đã được xác nhận cũng như các tài liệu phát triển có liên quan.
9. Dealing with other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the manager .
Thực hiện một số công việc khác theo yêu cầu của người quản lý.

• Candidates should be pursuing or recent graduates of a Fashion/ Graphic Design degree and must proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• English level: upper intermediate
• Experiences in matching colors: preference
• Interpersonal and communication, organizational, problem-solving, well-adapted, well-detailed skills: preference
• Logical, good attitude, enthusiastic, healthy, and good sense of discipline: preference
WORKING TIME:

Working time: 08AM – 05PM, from Mon to Sat (lunchbreak: 12:00PM-13:30PM)
