Development & QA Officer

• The position will involve: Assisting Northern Vietnam Representative in Development & Quality control of L&E’s products in the respective local level at supplier facilities, assisting QA dept. in managing Suppliers’ quality performance as well as handling Customers Feedbacks investigation and reporting.

Detailed responsibility:
• To Coordinate with HQ for developments of new packaging products. Identify specifications, prepare RFQ, propose suitable supplier, sampling, set products final specification and quality requirements details, pre-press, production and finally product launch.
• To assist QA local team to improve suppliers’ quality control performance, especially in production processes which including assist to supervise at press-run.
• Coordinate with Customer service to investigate products quality feedbacks, including visits to factories and suppliers.
• To assist Development and Sourcing Manager in working with local Suppliers QA and CS team to set out Quality standard for each product or in any aspect that your technical knowledge is required.
• To make sure all development procedure is followed properly: from RFQ, pre-press, press to finishing & delivery.
• To Source for qualified printers/manufacturers for applicable packaging products.
• Other tasks according to the assignments of local Country Manager.

Report :
• Reports to local L&E North of VN Representative, QA, Development & Sourcing Manager and Country Manager.

• Bachelor of relevant field
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in relevant fields
• Has paper packaging & printing background will be an advantage.
• A “Can Do” attitude and willing to give things a go
• Team work ability
