Mô tả công việc
• Set - up, arranging and facilitating operation of the office in Binh Thuan Province
• Filing and checking documents, claims, office expenses before sending to office in HCMC
• Handling requests for Development Department’s administrative needs
• Sending weekly the expenses claims on behalf of Development Team
• Working with local authorities for document submission if needed
• Internal and external communication on behalf of the Development Department (both written and verbal, in Vietnamese and in English)
• Translating document and interpreting Vietnamese – English and vice – versa upon request
• Planning and organization of business trips and company events if required
• Organizing, attending meetings and contract negotiations
• Writing and sending meeting reports (MoM)
• Other tasks assigned by management

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor
• Major: Foreign language, Business Administration, Administration or related
Years of Experience Required:
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant position
Essential Skills and Requirements:
• Good English speaking and writing
• Well Organized
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word and Excel)
• Team Player
• Able to take initiatives
• Immediate availability is a plus
Salary Package: Negotiable
Workplace: Binh Thuan province
