Mô tả công việc
• Offer new innovative non-leather material to China office and Line Buidler through local sourcing in Vietnam
• Sample material development and schedule control
• Set up Vietnam sourcing material supplier chain
• Develop vendor localization opportunities and suppliers’ KPI evaluation
• Assists production material verification vs line & cc samples in case of discrepancy
• Supports in resolving production material issues
• Material cost evaluation and verification for Vietnam sourced new articles
• Work closely and coordinates with all stakeholders including product development, commercialization, material, and QA teams to develop appropriate processes and resources requirements to achieve required results

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Educated - preferred
• Familiar with shoe industry - preferred
• Understands Vietnam local material markets
• Material knowledge in textile and synthetics
• Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
• Spoken Chinese is preferred
• Competent in Microsoft Office
Physical requirements and/or environment: Office/Factory
