Job Description
Cadena is looking for a talented .NET Developer to join our team to evolve our HRIS products. The team you will be joining are highly agile and have a passion for the technology they produce and the results that IT delivers. As part of this approach collaboration is at the centre of the organisation and your personal development will closely follow this. You will be given the training and support required to improve as a software developer.
Day-to-day you will:
•Develop solutions from a system specification according to our agreed development standards.
•Perform unit testing and troubleshoot applications built on ASP.NET, .NET, C#, JavaScript technologies and SQL Server.
•Practice standard development process leveraging agile methodologies such as SCRUM and TDD.
•Review and analyze business requirements and provide technical feasibility and estimates.
•Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
•Collaborate with a cross-functional team including QA and Customer Support.

You are a fresh graduated .NET Developer and with a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems or a related field.
•Experience with C# development using technologies including .NET, WinForms, WPF, XAML, along with a broad knowledge of design patterns.
•Strong knowledge of .NET Web stack (ASP.NET MVC) architecture and development as well as knowledge of web services such as SOAP and REST (WebAPI).
•Good grasp of JavaScript, HTML, Web Responsive Design and CSS.
•Familiarity with SQL database
