Mô tả công việc
- Develop, update and maintain a Planning, Cost control and estimation system
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled (adjusted master) planning, reports and updates (ad hoc, daily, weekly, monthly, annual, …)
- Verify and control critical path and interfaces between design/engineering/procurement/execution
- Coordination with site engineers and report on the status of the project progress against the plan schedule, and provide corrective actions necessary if the planned schedule is not achieved
- Support in preparation of basic and detailed design for land reclamation, and coordination with design consultant
- Preparation of monthly and annual land reclamation planning: surface (m2), volume (m3) and cost
- Preparation of tender packages for land reclamation works
- Support in exploring land reclamation material sources
- Provide planning and cost controlling support for the projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress, input for monthly/annual investment plan, etc.
- Knowledge of design standards, procedures and permits for land reclamation projects (incl. environmental regulations)
- Coordinate and work with the in-house project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work
- Strong focus on continuous improvement plan
- External and internal coordination to handle requests and queries from the department manager and BOD

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree of civil engineer of senior level with a minimum of at least five (05) years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience with industrial zone development works and land reclamation works (incl. dykes)
- Knowledge and experience with geotechnical engineering, survey activities, … are an added value
- Good knowledge of engineering/design scope for land reclamation projects, job working instruction/procedures, good project control practices in planning and scheduling and overall awareness of project
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Project, MS excel, MS word, in particular)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added value
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated, strong initiative, analytical mind set and problem solving attitude
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Good report writing abilities
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills
- Ability to work independently and in working team
- Work location at 9th floor Harbour View Office Tower, No. 12 Tran Phu, Ngo Quyen, Haiphong
