- Tertiary qualification in architecture/design-related discipline
- Attitude, aptitude and application for design, composition and lighting
- Passion for quality visualization imagery with an eye for detail
- Demonstration of potential
- Confidence without ego
- Professionalism in/out of studio
- Learning about codes, standards and how to apply them
- 3D software for the interior design market (3DS Max & Enscape)
- BIM software (Revit)
- Pre/Post production skills using Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects
- Lighting and material plug ins required for photo realistic image/Animation output (V-Ray, Corona and Enscape )
