Mô tả công việc
- Responsibility for leading, coordinating and coaching of the engineering team and also for the quality and on-time delivery of the engineering document of customer application project such as internal element/loop/belt drawing, DRBFM, DFMEA, EQAC (engineering quality assurance chart), VMA, etc…
- Planning together with the engineering team and enables the engineering team to work on the technical proof (cause-effect relations) of measurements and tolerances.
- Developing engineering solutions for the product variants of application projects
- Ensure the required engineering quality by having the technical reports reviewed by various experts within the organization. Contribute to the passing of internal and external project milestones
- Support the TPL with reviewing external documents (like Lastenheft Pflichtenheft (LH/PH)), Technical Customer Document (TCD), external drawings and design recommendations, and technical customer issue. Enables the TPL to delegate the knowledge to the customer
- Support production in 8D, ECR, or any issues related to product engineering.

- Good communication skills to manage on content and relationship
- Structured way of thinking and working to clarify problems and activities.
- Orientation on result and problem-solving, proactive, self-reliant, conflict resolving and decisive.
- Extensive experience with drawings, DFMEA’s and DRBFM’s.
- Experienced with MS-office and MS-project
- Good technical understanding.
- PE – Mindset (QFD’s)
- Working experience in the field of mechanical engineering or transmission driveline system with a minimum 3 years.
- Structured way of thinking and working to clarify problems and activities.
- Orientation on result and problem-solving, proactive, self-reliant, conflict resolving and decisive.
- Extensive experience with drawings, DFMEA’s and DRBFM’s.
- Experienced with MS-office and MS-project
- Good technical understanding.

In 1994 Bosch started the first operation in Vietnam. The headquarters of Bosch Vietnam is located in Ho Chi Minh City and is legally registered in Dong Nai province. Bosch Vietnam also has two other branch offices in Hanoi and Danang. Since 2008, Bosch Vietnam has started to invest into the Gasoline Systems plant in Long Thanh Industrial Zone, Dong Nai. It is the first high-tech production plant for continuously variable transmissions (CVT) pushbelts in ASEAN. The total investment for the plant will be 260 mil EUR by 2016. In 2011 Bosch inaugurated the Software and Engineering R&D Center, the Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Co., Ltd., and since then has employed more than 900 engineers. In July 2014, Bosch set up a new Automotive R&D Center, located in Ho Chi Minh City. The continuous growth of this Centre is in line with Bosch’s strategy in Vietnam which aims at becoming a manufacturing and R&D hub in the Southeast Asian region.
