* Job Description
Working as part of Product Design team, Design Researchers are the champion of user needs. They are responsible for answering the Why, to drive other teams in designing systems according to user needs while meeting business needs. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with customer facing team, branding & marketing team, product managers, and product designers.
* Responsibilities:
1. Conducting user research with Vietnamese people, such as in-depth interviews, design workshops, and user tests;
2. Report research findings and collaborate with the rest of Product Design team to translate them into design insights specific for Vietnamese users;
3. Coordinate with Social Media / Customer Service team in Vietnam to get Vietnamese feedbacks from users/customers and analyse them;
4. Coordinate with Product teams regarding product features specific for Vietnam.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor degree, preferably in Psychology / Communications / Product Design;
2. Min. 1 year experience in user research or design ethnography, or a Master degree in Interaction Design / Human Centred Design;
3. Strong understanding and empathy for our customers;
4. Strong written and verbal communication in Vietnamese and English;
5. Outstanding analytical, quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills;
6. Familiarity with customer journey mapping or experience mapping (identifying touch points);
7. Able to work remotely with other team members who are based overseas;
8. Willing to travel internationally on occasion.
