Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for complete DFT solution for ASIC projects.
- Develop and implement the DFT architecture optimized for test coverage and test time.
- Perform DFT insertion, generate structural test vectors, analyze and improve test coverage.
- Perform Gate, and timing back-annotated simulation.
- Work with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon.
- Work with Design/STA/PnR engineers on logic, timing, power and physical issues.
- Manage schedules and support cross-functional engineering effort.
- Contribute to the continuous development of DFT methodology.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Knowledge of Verilog and/or VHDL, and experience with simulators and waveform debugging tools.
- Knowledge about industrial standards and practices in DFT, including ATPG, JTAG and trade- offs between test quality and test time.
- Experience in Linus environment and writing/using scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, etc
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- 2+ years of DFT experience: debugging ATPG and simulations. Newly graduated candidate with 7+ GPA is also welcome.
- Experience in Synthesis and STA is a plus.
