Design Director

Job Responsibilities
 Lead NDA design team (project manager, architects, urban planners, etc.), complete the project feasibility report, deal with conceptual architecture design, planning design, detailed design, construction drawing design, construction design follow-up.
 Provide strategic management for the direction of architectural design, planning, keep close communication with customers, understand customer's needs and translate them into design, control the overall project process.
 Understand the industry dynamics and trends.
 Architectural design and planning department team management.

Key Skills requested
 Bachelor or above in architecture/urban design related major. Minimum 10 years of work experience in architectural design & urban planning sectors. International education and work experience are necessary. Minimum 2 years of Vietnam working experience
 Excellent in creativity & vision definition.
 Excellent in leadership. Minimum 5 years of business experience in senior management role.
 Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
 Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
 Ability to work with integrity, trust and commitment.
 Strong interpersonal skills
 Excellent communication skill and presentation skill
 Outstanding organizational, coordination and learning capabilities.

Languages
 Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).

This position request business trip in various locations of Vietnam and oversea. Business trips can last several days.
