(Deputy) PR & Marketing Manager

Summary of position:
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity as well as developing marketing strategy for the company.

Accountability:
1. Periodic process/ result for Board of Directors or irregularly as request.
2. Update the information, report as prescribed.

Major Responsibilities:
1. Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
2. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
3. Building strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, shipping agencies and cargo owners and logistics companies.
4. Analysising and researching the market and looking for new customers.
5. Offering the quotation, negotiating and monitoring the contract with the customers, shipping agencies.
6. Monitoring all the requests from customers.

Other responsibilities:
1. Establishing and maintaining the relationships with the partners and local state agencies.
2. Training and supervising department’s staff.
3. Overseeing the compliance with policies, regulations and standard operation process of company.
4. Other tasks as assigned by Board of Directors.

Authorization:
1. Organizing and managing the PR& Marketing department’s works and staffs.
2. Suggesting solution to comply with the law on seaport service price and management issues.

Knowledge:
• Graduated from University

Skill:
• Fluent communication both in English and Vietnamese
• Microsoft Office

Attitude:
• Responsibility, Self-motivator and Aggressive

Experience:
• Minimum 05 years PR & Marketing experience in Port or Logistics industry.
