Deputy Manager

** JOB SCOPE
The primary scope of this role is to assist the manager to drive insurance brokerage revenue growth and develop a clear go-to-market strategy to achieve revenue growth target of insurance products

** MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Be responsible for:
• Ensuring that client retention ratio in terms of number of clients attain 95% or above.
• Managing current portfolio and develop new business.
• Responding to client enquiries in an efficient and professional manner. Such enquiries may relate to claims, premiums, market trend, and product information or claim statistics.
• Understanding the needs of clients and address these to the mutual benefit of both parties.
• Verifying renewal documents, assess if new products from underwriters and services can be offered, issue renewal confirmations to underwriters and consolidate renewal document.
• Cooperating with Accounting Department in following up premium settlement from clients and to request refund of credit balance to client.
• Advising client on claim control measure.
• Reviewing and reporting service quality issues on a daily basis and to ensure all clients complaints are reported and taken seriously.
• Maintaining close business relationship with the clients and the underwriters.
• Promoting the Company image by introducing company products such as Aon Care etc.
• Providing training to Senior Account Executive and Account Executive.
• Developing own skill set on knowledge base through participation in company arranged training programs and company sponsored training program.
• Providing input for the Business Development annual budget, in terms of both expenses and revenue
• Other tasks as assigned

** INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

Education :
University graduate or above
Professional degree holder: ANZIIF or ACII is preferable
Experience :
Minimum 3 years experience in client servicing in insurance industry
Others :
Proficiency in English, both written & spoken
Good management skills
Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
