JOB SCOPE
The primary scope of this role is to assist the manager to drive insurance brokerage revenue growth and develop a clear go-to-market strategy to achieve revenue growth target.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:
Reporting to Manager of Health Solutions HCM, you are responsible for:
• Assisting the supervisor to attain projected revenue and profits levels, achieve client satisfaction goals in Health Solutions HCM and ensure high level of repeat business;
• Managing the delivery of the Aon HCM’s client consultancy and after-sales services, and have good relationship account management;
• Working with the supervisor to develop a business plan for Health Solutions HCM and execute and monitor performance. Ensure the achievement of all agreed plans, budgets and objectives in sub team of Health Solutions HCM;
• Establishing a positive employee value proposition in Health Solutions HCM and assist supervisor in HR operations to ensure staff are selected, trained, counseled and rewarded to maintain performance standards;
• Undertaking other tasks as might be delegated by the Board of Directors and/or the Director of ARS Vietnam.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education : Bachelor/Master of Business, Insurance Diploma/Associate
Experience : 3 years in the insurance industry and above
Others: Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Fluent English communication and writing
Good command of Microsoft office
