Reports to/Báo cáo cho: Finance Manager and Chief Accountant
Direct Reports/Nhân viên cấp dưới trực tiếp: Costing Accoutant, General Accountant, Payable Accountant, Data Accountant
Key Relationships/Các mối quan hệ chính trong công việc:
- Internal/Nội bộ: All internal department, Board of Managerment
- External/Bên ngoài: Tax department, bank, Tax, suppliers, customers, Audit entities, intercompany and HO…
Position Purpose/Mục đích chức danh công việc
In charge of most Accounting system and department on behalf of Finance Controller & Chief Accountant. Responsibility of Finance Report for internal and external
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities/Trách nhiệm và nhiệm vụ chính
Task Management/Quản lý nhiệm vụ/công việc:
• Follow approved company processes as defined in AV’s Business Management System
Tuân thủ theo các quy trình đã được phê duyệt như được quy định trong Hệ Thống Quản Lý Kinh Doanh của Công ty AV
• Overview and supervise day to day bookings, transactions to make sure that relevance, reliability of figures booked in the system.
• Overview and supervise monthly accruals, provision, reconciliation, specification…
• Prepareration of yearly corporate income tax reporting on time, accurately.
• Making report to Finance manager & Chief Accountant about the Account system and give comment.
• Planning and control activities.
• Internal financial report monthly, quarterly and yearly ( trail balance, balance sheet , P &L, …)
• Group reconciliation and control such as capital, internal receivable, loan...
• Accounting standard and rules
• Responsible for local reporting and legal matters
• Manage accounting team to fulfill defined requirements.
• Analyze processes and achieved results with the objective of identify areas requiring improvements, and design and implement improvements
• Deal with local banks, tax issues, auditing
• Consult management to act in compliance with company policy, local regulation, potential legal risks…
• Manage accouting software to find out how system running smoothly
• Assist Finance manager in cashflow
• Other maybe requested by direct manager
• This position will be back up for General account/ Costing accountant in case absent or waiting for new candidate

• Done the job as requirement from direct manager
• To assisting other members in dept to improve their skill
• Conduct regular & timely performance reviews for all direct reports
• Give positive and corrective feedback to employees about their performance in a timely manner
• Develop and motive for all direct reports to fullfil potential through coaching, appropriate training and education, goal setting and career development
Interpersonal Management/Quản lý sự kết nối:
• Maintain a connecting and cooperation with internal department such as Hr dept, purchasing dept, store dept, admin dept and project dept and even in account dept, Board of Management.
• Maintain a connecting with external department such as bank, audit, suppliers and customers, tax department.
