Mô tả công việc
• Ultimate responsibility for ownership of all user’s incidents or logged service requests
• Track the incidents to conclusion in line with SLAs and quality standards
• Manage critical incidents, associated to user communication, activities and any appropriate escalations.
• Build services relationship with users and conduct service reviews for managers. Review performance reports, service improvements, service quality and processes.
• Manage and collaborate with third party suppliers, Infrastructure team and ensure that their performance and provision of services and quality are in line with our expectations and enable us to meet or exceed service levels.
• Measure, monitor and work to drive down incident levels. Ensure that the Service Desk actively participates in improving the usability and reliability.
• Ensure that practices and processes exist and when it is possible are standardized and repeatable. Ensure that these ones are continually improving and produce business cases to support team activities
• Identify and implement improvements to the Service Desk incident logging system in order to provide a more effective and efficient service to users
• Ensure that the EUC team is fully using appropriate knowledge management tools and practices in order to provide a more effective and efficient service to customers
• Ensure that the company/department mission and vision, strategy and business plan are understood by all the team
• Ensure that team’s KPIs are monitored, actions are taken, evaluated accordingly and delegated properly
• Review aspects for improvement with own practices and processes and ensure that communication takes place across the whole area of responsibility
• Other tasks is assigned by Supervisor

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience. Having experience in Team Lead role is an advantage
• Microsoft certificates: MCSE, MCITP. CCNA, CCNP is a plus
• Experience on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2, Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, WINS, VPN.
• Experienced on PBX switch board and telephone system. Have knowledge of VoIP solution
• Have knowledge of Web and Cloud services.
• Have knowledge of ITIL, ITSM
• Have ability to work under high pressure environment Ability to proactively identify problems/ circumvent roadblocks to deliver solutions on time
• Have good communication & presentation skill, good problem-solving skill
• Proficiency in English, good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented ability
