Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the assigned operations of HR Department, including Recruitment, Training, C&B, Employee Relation, Organization Development, …
• Revising a company’s compensation program and other task which support to C&B program.
• Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program, personnel policies and procedures, company’s handbook.
• Conducting all recruitment activities (external or internal), and taking part in the processes, whenever needed and especially for management and critical positions, from sourcing, profile screening, interview, offer… to on-boarding stage.
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
• Building the good employee relationship, attend to employee relation problems & find most suitable solutions and negotiate with union representatives to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes to prevent their recurrence in order to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.
• Work with Departments to establish and implement annual training programs and plans
• Manage the Performance Appraisal system.
• HR Planning/Company organization chart management
• Other tasks assigned by line manager or BOD.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree in relevant field – Business Administration, Law or relevant areas
• At least 8 years relevant experience in general HR (including 02 years in management role).
• Having a solid track record of delivering and shaping the HR practices
• Having proven track record in performance management
• Experience of change management and comfortable with organizational change
• Knowledge and experience on Vietnam Labour Code and Problem solving
• Working experiences in international working environment
• Very good communication in English & Vietnamese
• Excellent in presentation & convincing skills.
• At least 8 years relevant experience in general HR (including 02 years in management role).
