Deputy Head of Business Planning & Promotion Department (Bpp)

Reports to Head of Department

Job purposes: Supporting Head of Department in overall management of BPP, business planning and business promotion activities

Key Tasks and responsibility
[Business Planning]
- Drafting business policy and strategy
- Draft business development plan for company, business kpi (including sales and profit target figures) for branches of each period;
- Planning and allocating sales forces and other resources to reach business goals;- researching and designing for business development, such as new asset markets; new customer segments to dig in;
- Developing and elaborating new products and preparing procedure manual;
- Developing customer protection plan.

[Business Promotion]
- Day to day supervision / evaluation of sales activities in branches, keeping track on progress of business target figures and supporting branches by sharing know-how and preparing tools and materials for sales activities;
- Planning and promoting marketing strategies which includes targeting customer segmentation; targeting products; advertisement strategy and advising on customer relationship development policies and plans; - develop relationship with major customers and suppliers in support to business activities of branches;
- Planning and implementing seminar and workshop for clients and our sales staff;
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and dealing with customer complaints;

Performance standards
- Total business KPI

- Good demonstration of financial knowledge, experiences and business sense

Knowledge and technical skills
Market knowledge, financial knowledge, lease product knowledge (preferable)

Experience
- Studying experience both in domestic and either English-speaking foreign countries or Japan (Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Economic/ Finance or related field)
- 5+ years working experience in finance-related area
- Experience in business planning, customer development
- Working experience with joint venture companies (preferable)

3+ years in management level of financial institutions
