Deputy General Manager (Local)/ Phó Tổng Giám Đốc (Ngưởi Bản Địa)

Eurowindow Holding, is the investor of 02 Resorts in Cam Ranh Beach - branded Radisson Blu (American brand) and Movenpick (Swiss brand); hotel complexes, apartments, commercial center in the Russian Federation; and other resorts and hotels project, which have been and are currently form, are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic candidates for the position with the following tasks:

Participates in the development of business strategies for the Hotel which are aligned with Brand’s overall mission, vision, values and strategies
Maximises profitability and revenue by working closely with the Rooms Division
Achieves goal for Revenue per Avalailbe room by developing and implementing yield management strategies to increase occupancy and average rate
Oversea F&B and Engineering operation to enhance service quality and in compliance with Brand’s standard
Achieves customer satisfaction and room revenue goals
Meets and exceeds the expectations of the employees by utilising leadership skills and motivation techniques in order to maximise employee productivity and satisfaction of direct reports
Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees

Minimum of five years work experience in hotel management
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Fluent in English
Experience managing to brand standards
Experience managing owner relationships
Able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employee
Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
Knowledge or hotel operations including; preparation of business plans, budget forecasting, quality assurance program, hospitality law, and long-range planning
Communicates effectively with guests, co-workers and superiors.
