Lead team Revenue and :
Revenue:
- Check the invoice at the store to detect the discount invoice which does not comply with the rules or promotions. Request store to compensate for the wrongly discounted bills.
- Check the payment of actual sales compared to data on software sales
- Implement the cancellation invoice to the store..
- Issue wholesale invoices, sell to agents
- Issue a Gift Voucher (GV) on the sales software.
- Make reports on sales, invoices, monthly reports.
- Arrange and store VAT invoices, bill of quantities, serial numbers.

- Responsible for monitoring and processing data at the warehouse of the brand .
- Tracking the collection of compensation money from the relevant departments.
- Tracking import and export goods data for partners.
- Support shipment to the Marketing department.
- Support to calculate the cost of new shipments.
- Report the shelf life of the product.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor of Accounting/ Finance
- At least 2 years experiences in relating position, prefer experiences in retail industry
- Good at Excel
- Able to work under pressure, proactive, careful.
- Experience in using accounting system (ERP, SAP,..) is plus
