Mô tả công việc
1. Control prices:
• Calculate & offer price for Sales Team
• Perfect pricing without mistake for all product lines including Engineered Solutions and all channels
• Perfect price review for all product lines including Engineered Solutions and all channels
2. Customer Support:
• Handle 1st level customer support without delay or complaint from external & internal customer
• Investigate customer's problems and find solutions.
• Collaborate with internal department to customize and optimize the processes
3. Call Management: (support team member)
• Outbound Call Management: make outbound calls to all participants of the customer care campaign for TG Hospitality, make outbound calls to all Key Accounts (priority groups 1, 2, 3), make outbound calls to large customers in the month (over 200 Mil)
• Inbound Call Management: handle inbound calls via Hot-line
4. Sales Order Management
5. Manager customer service team: recruit, motivate and
develop team members (4 CS,1 call center)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree
• Good communication skills in English
• 1 or 2-year experience in a Supervisor or Manager position.
• Experience manager a small team (3-4 members)
• A responsible attitude
• Ability to make decisions under pressure
• Calm and patient
• Ability to lead and motivate others
