Deputy Chief Operating Officer (Solar Power Plant - Tay Ninh Province)

1. Manage and operate all technical activities related to the installation, operation and maintenance of solar power plants and transformer stations.
- Direct the operation and maintenance to ensure that the plant operates at maximum capacity.
- Handle and overcome incidents and technical issues.
- Manage health, safety and environmental sanitation tasks at the factory.
- Develop processes and quality management system of the factory
- Manage supplies, equipment, assets at the factory
- Recruit, train, guide and supervise the work of the technical team.
2. Bidding, contractor management
- Examine and appraise to serve as a basis for submitting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for approval the bidding documents, organizing bidding for the plant deployment, and operation.
- Control Contractor's activities regarding the Contractor's schedule, costs, quality and compliance with the contractual terms.
- Organize the inspection, review and report to the COO for approval of the acceptance, final settlement, quality and completion records ... of the works at the factory by the contractors.
3. Work with State management agencies in the field of electricity; coordinate with local state management agencies.
4. Other related jobs:
- Make periodic or extraordinary technical reports at the request of State agencies
- Summary of periodic reports at the request of the General Director and the Board of Directors
- Advising the COO to solve problems that arise that affect the quality, progress and efficiency of the project

- Educational level: University or higher
- Professional qualifications: Major in Electrical - Electronics; Automation power, Industrial electricity; Energy system or related subjects
- Proficient in English
- Working experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in equivalent managerial positions; including experience in executing and operating solar power systems.
- Personality: Honesty and responsibility, dynamic, enthusiasm
- Other requirements: Master the process of electrical system operation, electrical safety procedures and electricity industry regulations.
- Working time: Monday to Saturday morning.
- Working place: Tan Chau District, Tay Ninh Province (with houses for employees from other provinces, provide the shuttle car from Tay Ninh to HCM City and vice versa at the weekend).
