Customer Relationship
• Personal individual & performer with self sales target in building and maintaining long term and profitable relationships with key customers (Preferred customers)
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of customer waiting time and deliver high service quality
• Foster and develop a customer centric ethos, use customer insight to continuously enhance a seamless customer experience, increasing customer loyalty, advocacy and retention.
• Develop an expert knowledge of customer base, market trends, and competitor activities in order to influence or adjust strategic direction accordingly. Seek continuous improvement in people and process.
Sales Planning & Execution:
• Acquire new leads to fulfill personal target
• Identify sales opportunities, formulate and manage execution of sales plans and campaigns
• Assign sales leads and referrals to sales team and ensure prompt attendance and follow up is taken
• Effectively manage the target setting and cascading process by:
(1) Reviewing sales target for branch sales team with Centre Manager
(2) Allocating and communicating the sales target to the branch sales team.
Sales/ Operation Management
• Manage and coach sales members to drive performance with hands-on style to grow sales, productivity, service quality and staff engagement
• Monitor the branch sales team’s performance and exploring opportunities to improve performance levels
• Monitor and act on daily sales activity management information and other internal information tool, using them to coach the team and achieve the business goal.
• Resolve operational and administrative issues and escalate all critical or unresolved issues to higher level
• In conjunction with the team, build a high personal and corporate profile in the community
Cash Management
Assist Branch Manager on his/her absence for managerial organization, assurance of safety and secret for cash, precious assets, valuable papers and operations of vault in their units, shall be obligated to:
• Directly apply necessary measures to prevent loss, misleading, thief, robbery, fire, explosion, flood, storm, humidity, dampness and other reasons, ensure quality of money and assets being preserved in vaults
• Control and keep keys of one lock for outside wing of the vault door;
• Directly open and lock doors in order to supervise the exit, entry and preservation of assets in vault.
People Management
• Manage performance of the team, conduct performance review and career development planning (if required)
• Maintain working environment which promotes success, teamwork and professional growth
• Appropriate resource sales area & customer service area (if required) by recruiting and retaining the highest quality, customer centric people

• Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in banking
• Proven ability in team leadership and management
• Proven ability in relationship management
