Deputy Accounting Manager – Tax & Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements for both internal management and compliance with finance and accounting regulations
• Prepare quarterly consolidated reporting package to group
• Prepare account reconciliations and related journal entries for various accounts, including inter-company transaction
• Manage and control accounting transactions, maintaining, reconciliation accounting data
• Monitor compliance with new or evolving accounting guidance, provide interpretation and prepare technical memorandums as needed
• Review and verify all tax reports (PIT, VAT, CIT, WHT,..) DOIT, DPI and other competent agency reports monthly, quarterly, yearly and final tax
• Work closely with tax consult for tax health check, audit , tax inspection
• Communicate and explain accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance to the management team
• Manage communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure auditor agreement with company decisions on accounting disclosures, and issues
• Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors
• Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements
• Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to close the financial period
• Participate in other task/ projects as required

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting or Finance, ACCA preferred
• Excellent to use SAP
• An excellent knowledge of VAS and converting to IFRS
• Experience in reporting group consolidate reporting (package report)
• International accounting and issue recognition experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
• Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation
• 5-7 years of relevant finance/accounting experience in multinational company
• Demonstrable leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English both spoken and written
• High ethical standards and integrity
