Deputy Accounting Manager (Trading Company)

- Assist Accounting Manager to supervise and monitor all accounting work in HCMC Office in order to ensure the productivity and compliance with internal rule/policy as well as local relevant law and regulation.
- Performing the month-end and year-end closing procedure including the instruction and guidance to Office Members.
- To take necessary measurement, judgment and monitoring to test, confirm and post
accounting entries into BS and P&L.
- Generate and ensure accuracy and timely of periodical reporting and tax calculation/ recognition.
- Monitor and control all Balance Sheet items including AR/AP aging and other overdue and execute confirmation process to ensure the existence and accuracy.
- Responsible to verify and approve accuracy and correctness of payment instruction and its evidence including invoice, contract and declaration
-Responsible to verify and confirm correctness of tax application to daily transaction and provide proper tax calculation, declaration and recognition in term of VAT, CIT, FCWT…
- Analyze and solve various problems in daily business in accordance with policy and
guideline in a timely manner.
- Provide informal guidance and instruction to Staff and Colleagues.
- Communicate with Business Departments and external parties to solve any matter relating to accounting in daily business.
- Coordinate with Department Managers to work with Auditor, Tax Advisor for performing the auditing and tax health check.
- On ad-hoc basis, other tasks assigned by Department Managers, Deputy General Manager, /General Manager.

1. Education & Qualifications:
- University graduate, major in Accounting.
- Certificated of CPA or ACCA or any equivalence is priority.
2. Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience in SAP / ERP Account function is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Words.
- English communication skills: TOEIC 800 or equivalent level.
- Strong sense of self-study and self-development.
- Able to exchange idea and information effectively in concise and logic way.
- Able to work independently while owning teamwork spirit.
- Good presentation and mentoring skills.
- Able to work under pressure, good time management skill.
3. Experience:
- At least 8 years of working experience in Accounting Department with good accounting background.
- Working experience in auditing company is an advantage.
- At least 3 years in supervising position in accounting.
