The key person to lead monthly S&OP meeting work with marketing team and sale operation to analysis datas and forecast demand for all SEA
Balance and allocate sale demand for whole Indochina base on supply capacity and make sure SEA supply plan submit ontime
Submit and get approval for Demand planning, and SEA supply plan by BOD
Cascading demands and follow up CMO plan (supply plan) submit ontime & enough for demands
Send supply plan and align master production plan with factory (incase VietNam factory ready to supply)
Read reports Sell in / sell out / shipment analysis from Sale Operation & Logistic impact to CMO plan (supply plan) weekly, monthly and request to action if needed
Read report of Finished good Inventory status analysis from Sale operation & Logistic impact to CMO plan by weekly, monthly and request to action if needed.
Develop Finish good & Materials Inventory policy aligned with factories & Marketing then Cascading planning team follow strictly this policy
Set KPIs for Demand Planning Executive position and assessment timely.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Marketing .
- 2-3 years experience in Demand Planning
- Good communication and negotiation
- Good planning & time management skill.
- Maintain job effectiveness under high pressure.
- Good English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
