Mô tả công việc
• Implement demand planning process and to drive for efficiency, aim to have high quality outcomes to meet both business long/short term expectation and supply chain efficiency.
• Act as S&OP meeting facilitator to facilitate the business S&OP process and consensus meetings.
• Manage the Forecast process, coordinate the demand planning meeting and ensure Sales forecast reflects the market demand (by SKUs/Bottom up) from sale team/marketing team and optimize the company’s resources generate a challenged but achievable sales forecast agreed by all relevant stakeholders.
• Record assumptions & occurrences for decision making and ensure Division PIPE-IN & PIPE-OUT activities/plans translated into doable sales plan & supply plan.
• Manage sales performance measurement, Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias to support the S&OP process/ Demand Planning process.
• Portfolio management: provide analysis to relevant stakeholders for important decisions to optimize product portfolio.
• Participate in the New Product Launch in order to determine their market projections. Phase in – Phase out planning, minimize OOS & obsolete stock.
• Responsible for ensuring uninterrupted and timely stock allocation to sale team, coordinating with them and keeping them informed of the status of their orders, prioritizing with key customers if required, and ensuring the final dispatch.
• Comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of Individual/function responsibility.
• Special projects as directed by Logistics Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree of business management or Engineering
• At least 2 year experience in demand or supply planning position. Multi-national exposure is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience about MRP and ERP process.
• High level of computer literacy especially Excel and/ or ERP systems
• Analytical
• Attention to details
• Good interpersonal communication with other departments
• Good English communication – written and verbal
