Demand Planner / Nhân Viên Kế Hoạch Chuỗi Cung Ứng

The Demand Planner's responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Demand Planning
•Summarize weekly Bottom-up forecast for all accounts, and get consensus between Top-down and Bottom-up forecast
•Weekly demand forecast entry by Subsidiary Level
•Forecasts analysis vs. sales target
•Sales progress monitoring (Plan versus actual orders taken)
•Weekly S&OP meeting preparation

- Supply Planning
•Review supply plan by Supply Chain Planning system
•Communicate / resolve Product-Sales-Inventory (PSI) issues with supply side
•Check shipping schedule from supplier and issue follow up
•Allocation at account level

- New product/End of line product Management
•Monitor the proper input of new product forecast into system; and manage the delivery of new product launch package
•Monitor slow moving models and request marketing to initiate EOL proposal

- Inventory Management
•Manage long term inventory
•Minimize aged Inventory, check DIO by model - Monitoring and warning, urge Marketing / Sales to solve aged inventory problem

- Channel PSI analysis
•Request & Control Out-Of-Territory rate with logistic team
•Risk and opportunity finding
•WOS analysis

- Bachelor degree, graduated from university with major in Economics, Trade.
- Having experience in Demand Planning is an advantage
- Have good communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Have good MS-office skills, especially Excel
- Have positive working attitude, accountability and team-work spirit
- Quick learner & analytical thinking
