Demand Planner

Ensure that all the min-max of store is strictly review, analyze and update suitable with business growth.

1. Ensure min-max at store enough to adapt customer demand;
2. Ensure Service Level in stores is maintaining Out of Stock (OOS) < 2.5%;
3. Forecast and update min-max on time for stores;
4. Evaluate forecast accuracy and alert risks impact to business to related department;
5. Ensure min-max system works perfectly, update on-time for New store and Promotion Campaign;
6. Analyze error in min-max system, fill rate of new store, promotion campaign, adjust and inform to others related;
7. Ensure compliance with the process update min-max on AX;
8. Connect with Purchasing, DC and Trading team to update all related could impact to min-max system of store.

at least 2 year experience in the same position. Prefer candidates having experience in Retail Company.

Education: Bachelor Degree
Professional major: Science or Industrial Management
Fluent Microsoft office tools and Dynamic AX system
Strong Leadership, Communication, analytical skills
