Demand Planner

1. Develop & implement policies, regulations, processes related to supply chain systems of Francia Beauty Company and its subsidiaries
- Implement the policies and procedures related to Demand and Supply Planning for FB.
- Prepares weekly and monthly functional status reports which includes KPI results and operational issues.
- Prepares and updates functional process flow for each operations.

2. Manage professional qualifications of supply chain systems of subsidiaries of Francia Beauty Company
- Implement best practice in Planning process in distribution and manufacturing environment such as MRP, JIT and Replenishment concept.

3. Plan & execute annual plan of Supply Chain Division of Francia Beauty Company
- Prepare Sales In and Purchase plan of finished goods based on Sales out plan and Inventory strategy annually and on monthly cycle.
- Implement Sales In and Purchase Plan monthly, monitor and control the results in accordance to the budget.

4. Manage Supply Chain Division of FBG (Demand & Supply Planning, Purchasing & Suppliers' Management, Warehouse Management)
- Analyze history sales in and out trend and prepares own projection of demand requirements
- Prepares and implement supply plan of finished goods based demand plan and sales out forecast.
- Manage inventory stocks at TNT and control the volume of incoming stocks from Imported supplier, FC and Technip based on the approved monthly sales-in plan.
- Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR) for Finished Goods net requirements for imported suppliers, FC and Technip.
- Provide status of Finished Goods at TNT to Sales team especially those critical and urgent requirements for sales out.
- Plan, coordinate and deploy the supply plan for new project, new activity or new product to FC and Technip.
- Prepare monthly report of Sale In, Sale Out, and Inventory as well as issues related to supply of Finished goods

5. Participate in project team
- Update new SKU, itemcode and price and other parameters in DMS
- Prepare master data for ERP related FB, FC and Technip.
- Perform other tasks or projects related to supply chain operations assigned by CSCO/CEO from time to time.

Degree:
• Bachelor degree of business management or Engineering
• At least 3 year experience in demand or supply planning position
• In manufacturing environment, knowledge and experience about MRP and ERP process.
