Mô tả công việc
1. Delivery document
- Doing Delivery document : Pick up DO from Shipping line, Tax invoices, accounting document etc
Làm công việc liên quan đến giao nhận chứng từ như: lấy DO từ các hãng tàu, hóa đơn, các chứng từ kế toán …
2. Customs Clearance Staffs
- Preparing documents & doing customs clearance for import and export shipments (sea & air). Submit ecusys via Vnaccs
Chuẩn bị chứng từ và làm hải quan cho các lô hàng xuất nhập khẩu (hàng biển và hàng không) .Truyền khai báo tờ khai trên phần mềm VNACCS
- Solving the issues during the customs clearance process
Thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến chứng từ hàng xuất, hàng nhập, theo dõi đảm bảo giải quyết kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh nếu có và giao/ nhận hàng theo đúng yêu cầu của khách hàng cho các lô hàng làm dịch vụ hải quan, vận chuyển.
- Follow and coordinate the trucking teams to arrange to pick up cargoes from shippers’ site (export shipments), or deliver the cargoes to consignees’ address (import shipments)
Theo dõi và phối hợp với bộ phận điều xe để giao nhận hàng cho các lô hàng vận chuyển nội địa.
- Other tasks will be assigned by manager
Chịu sự phân công những công việc khác từ quản lý

Thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến chứng từ hàng xuất, hàng nhập, theo dõi đảm bảo giải quyết kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh nếu có và giao/ nhận hàng theo đúng yêu cầu của khách hàng cho các lô hàng làm dịch vụ hải quan, vận chuyển.

- University/Colleges Graduation/ Major: Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economic, Marine…
- Experience request: Have more than 1 year experience in logistics company.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Good command of English (Oral and written skill) and computer skills (MS office).
- Good customer service skill/Active & hard-working.
- Good health and work under high pressure
