Key Responsibilities:
Major Duties
- Making the production plan and process of production follow sale plan monthly from Merchandiser
- Suppervising and require operation to follow the process and recipe
- Checking recipe and quality of products, display.
- Inspect PA zero process to control inventory.
- Training for new staff
- Improving the skill for all staffs
- Organizing the skill exam to evaluate staffs
- Supporting new store opening
- Joining training course and surveying competitors to improve skill
- Creating new concept or products and writing recipe
- Tracking work flows of product
- Suggesting new idea, new trend of market
- Renovation of department on products : display, quality, equipment.

Other Duties:

- Any necessary task that is deemed important from time to time.

Rules and Regulations:

- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

- Vocational college degree (related to cooking) with 3 years experience
- Or High School Degree with 5 years experience
