Mô tả công việc
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
1- Dealer support:
• Daily communicate with dealer to manage leader’s product warranty situation
• Support Dealers to solve warranty case & feedback of customers
• Summary product quality base on feedbacks from Dealers
• Report weekly/monthly for Dealers’ warranty service operation
2- ASC management:
• Manage operation of Panasonic Authorized Service center (ASC)
• Manage monthly ASC KPIs reports
• Control operation of ASC networks
3- Other service job assigned by Head of Department
Work location: No 16-C1 Tecoo building, Quang Trung st, Vinh city, Nghe An

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College/University graduation, preferably in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or having experience within the HVAC and contracting industry
• 1-2 years' sales experience in related industry
• Good computer skill, good attitude and manner
• English and commuinication skills
