Mô tả công việc
* The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
1- Dealer support:
• Daily communicate with dealer to manage leader’s product warranty situation
• Support Dealers to solve warranty case & feedback of customers
• Summary product quality base on feedbacks from Dealers
• Report weekly/monthly for Dealers’ warranty service operation
2- Authorized Service Center (ASC) Management:
• Manage operation of ASC
• Manage monthly ASC KPI report
• Manage operation of ASC network
3.- Other service job assigned by Head of Dept
Remark:
- Work place: Hanoi
- Location Management: Authorized Service Center and Dealer at Lao Cai and Northwest Area

• University graduation
• 1-2 years' related experience
• Basic English Communication skill is required
• Customer focus mindset
