Dealer Support Market Executive (Hai Phong)

* The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

1- Dealer support:
• Daily communicate with Dealers for product warranty
• Support Dealers for warranty & customers feedbacks
• Summarize product quality base on feedbacks from Dealers
• Report weekly/monthly for Dealers’ warranty service operation

2- Authorized Service center management:
• Manage operation of Panasonic Authorized Service center (ASC)
• Manage monthly ASC KPIs reports
• Control operation of ASC networks

3- Other Service job assigned by Head of Department

* Work place address: No 193 Quang Trung – Hong Bang District – Hai Phong City

• Bachelor degree or above
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or similar position
• Good computer skills, good attitude and manner
• Basic English communication skills
• Have experience in market support field is preferred
