Mô tả công việc
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Dealer support:
• Daily communicate with Dealers for products warranty
• Support Dealers to solve warranty case & complaints of customers
• Summarize product quality base on feedbacks from Dealers
• Report weekly/monthly for Dealers’ warranty service operation
2. Authorized Service center (ASC) management:
• Manage operation of Panasonic Authorized Service center (ASC)
• Manage monthly ASC KPIs reports
• Control operation of ASC networks
• other tasks as assigned.
Working location: Nha Trang City – Khanh Hoa Province.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Male
• Graduated from University
• Has 1 - 3 years of working experience
• Previous working experience about customer service/service engineer in home appliance/electronic & electrical field is preferable.
• Previous experience in market support field is preferred
• Good computer skills, good attitude and manner
• Basic English communication skills
• Be active, friendly and hard working person.
