Mô tả công việc
*STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

- To be in charge of the distribution network (including branches and dealers) across the country to support company's business target achievement.
* KEY CHALLENGES
(Describe the most challenging and complex aspect of the job)
- Implement dealer and branch development strategies to ensure effective network coverage and performance.
- Facilitate the implementation and assess the execution of standard BI compliance items of all existing dealers
* DEALER DEVELOPMENT
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the Dealer Development tasks and assignments.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Representation
1.1 Implement dealer development strategies in coordination with other involved functions: Sales, Marketing, After sales. etc
1.2 Collect, update and organize all information and data of MIV dealership, MIV’s branches and competitors' distribution networks
1.3 Analysis of competitive franchise location versus MIV's network
2. Branch and Dealer Network Expansion/ Restructuring
2.1. Verify and evaluate investors and real estate status for opening new dealers and branches in developing and potential including:
- Prepare documents and organize dealer candidate interviews between investor(s) and MIV management team (CM and related HODs')
- Work with suppliers and related departments to deploy MIS' SR branch set-up project.
2.2. Provide professional instructions & consultant to qualified candidate for new dealer set up/existing facility renovation successfully.
2.3. Be responsible for dealership facility construction, maintenance and improvement in accordance with Subaru standards including:
2.4. Assess proposed floorplans and perspectives submitted by dealers and recommend revisions when needed.
2.5. Compile site photos for reference;
2.6. Evaluate proposed materials and finishes such as tiles, cladding and laminates.
2.7. Coordinate with service providers, evaluating their sample materials and check prints to validate its suitability for implementation including:
- Look for local supplier(s) who can supply the construction and decoration materials at the same quality standards SR & WS but at cheaper prices, then recommend to new dealers' candidates.
- Graphics suppliers: forwarding of custom sized mural for proofing as well as detailed installation guide.
- Fabrication suppliers:
Vanity plates: Provide region approved vanity plate layout for fabrication; Allocate correct quantity of orders and coordinate delivery schedules.
Color plates: Coordinate needed plate orders per dealer with corresponding color code.
Signages: Mediate between the dealer and signage contractor with regard to the signage requirements and installation parameters.
3. Dealer Operation support
3.1. Conduct program implementation with all dealers
3.2. Coordinate with Sales Zone and other functional departments to provide the best possible assistance to dealers
4. Dealer Development administration
4.1. Prepare logistic/admin for Network Team (Filing system, PO, Demographic Data, claim document, ticket/hotel booking for DD team traveling…. etc.)
4.2. Provide accurate & timely reports on dealership facility, standards and operations as required by management.
4.3. Collect and analyze dealership documentation to ensure all required documents provided are complete and accurate as regulation.
4.4. Archive dealer’s documents (MOU, DA, other legal documents..)
4.5. Participate in Sales and/or company's activities as required
* INTERNAL COORDINATION
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and develop coordination with colleagues for maximize work effect and team spirit
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely coordination to other team of standard, objectives, programs
- Take lead and provide the related matters/information of existing dealer network and new dealer/branch projects to other departments.
* ADMINISTRATION
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day task that is necessary to ensure smooth execution of operation and coordination activities
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- To accomplish the following on a weekly basis:
o Weekly update on-going project status
o Monitor project progress followed the agreed timeline
o Documenting of all approved work in soft copy per project
o Reporting to Dealer Development Manager if project is pending.

A) EDUCATION LEVEL
+ College Graduate of Structural Engineering; Automobile; Business Administration.
+ Background in design, build site construction and projects management is an advantage.
B) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
+ 2 year experience in automotive or similar businesses.
+ Preferred experience in Dealer Development, Marketing and Sales, especially in dealer-interfacing positions is an advantage.
C) PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Implement successful dealer development strategy to support dealer network expansion and increase sale volume
D) CAPABILITIES & SKILLS
+ Automotive industry background
+ Good English skills (Writing, Speaking & Listening) and MS Office skills (Word/Excel, Power Point…)
+ Good communication, presentation, coordination & negotiation skills.
+ Maturity, great interpersonal, business acumen, conflict and relationship management.
