DCT – Tech Leader/ Python

* Direct Report:
TECHNICAL MANAGER

* Overview/Goals
In this Technical Lead role, you will be responsible for the development, communication and implementation of the projects technology architecture, including the components required to support it and in the integration of corporate and business architecture and applications.

*Responsibility
- Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration from definition phase through implementation.
- Own the development lifecycle and be responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project/s.
- Manage the pace of sprints according to the pace of business.
- Carry out code reviews and suggest better solutions for a scalable architecture
- Mentor team members and carrying out performance reviews
- Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and Industry standards.
- Manage technical resources within budget and project schedule.
- Support and perform management duties when manager is absent or out of office
- Contribute to hiring efforts

- 3+ years of experience in building large scale applications and products
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team
- Excellent understanding of and coding skills in Python, PostgreSQL
- Experience in advertising industry would be preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Must have a strong sense of drive, ownership, and ability to deliver quality products

*Supervisor Responsibility
- This Position will supervise for Python Developer Team.

*Working Environment
- This position usually works between office and outside with a rate 9.5/10 (5% outside is in customer’s company for helping them in technical problem).

*Job Types and Work Hour:
- This is full-time position.
- Working time: 40 hours per week (Include Saturday) and 37.5 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- DCT works on Saturday alternately. One-day work and one-day off.

*Compulsory Education
- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers
- PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, M.Tech - Any Specialization, Computers, MCA - Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization, Computers

*Pay Scale:
- 18,000,000 vnd – 30,000,000 vnd
