Mô tả công việc
1. For Inbound Delivery: support DC XD team to:
- Create daily inbound volume estimation for an advanced week and share with 3PL for the effective DC resource planning in normal and Peak season as well.
- Monitor to make sure 3PL perform the receiving process properly.
- Be the contact point among 3PL, DC XD team, MD-HQ and suppliers to resolve all issue/concerns happens relating to suppliers’ deliveries.
- Support to manage supplier delivery performance: collect from 3PL and make the report relating to incompliance/discrepancies cases from suppliers
2. For Outbound Delivery: support DC team to:
- Monitor and make sure 3PL to arrange delivery to AEON store on-time.
- Be the contact point among 3PL, Store, HQ to for resolving all problems relating to Store deliveries from DC via [Accident report] following-up
3. For Goods Return handling:
- Proceed goods return flow from Store to DC and from DC to Supplier.
- Communicate to make sure supplier come to DC to pick up returned goods in agreed period.
4. Others will be assigned by superior

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain, Logistics or another business-related field required
2. Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Good command in English
- Good at MS Office Suite
- Good organizational and time management skills
