INTRODUCTION SCOPE:
You will be responsible for overall management and achieving of sales target at GRUNDFOS retail customer base in VIETNAM. This is an individual contributor role and you will be reporting to the Segment Sales Manager. As the driver of the residential pumps in Vietnam, you will understand, monitor and maintain Grundfos’ different channels of distributors, dealers, retailers, consultants and contractors to formulate effective sales strategies via these different channels to gain sales success. To gain this, you will also be required to conduct sales training to the channel partners and build a strong support and connection with them. You will also assist in problem solving in relation to distributors, dealers, retailers and homeowners. The role would be required to support in marketing coordination of trade marketing programs.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Focus assigned sales area: Domestic Pumps
• Responsible for developing sales strategies and marketing plan to achieve annual sales target.
• Responsible for all business relationship and development of the potential and current distributor.
• Responsible for all business related current market and the development of potential partners
• Develop and grow business by assigned target.
• Fully responsible for sales and debt management.
• Establish individual sales account plan and activities in the CRM system.
• Maintain good relationship with Pump shops, Distributor and other distribution network.
• To build up and maintain current customer database in the CRM system.
• Assist and provide technical support and training for Pump shops, partners, distributors.
• Support new product launch and promotion campaign for business.
• Provide market analysis.
• Create and maintain competitor’s information.
• Prepare weekly sales activities and development report for domestic pumps sales.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Qualification: Diploma/ Bachelor or degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Business or other related Engineering disciplines.
• Experiences: Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in the Domestic, Retails, Home Appliance market and Distribution Channel. Experience and knowledge in pump will be an advantage.
• Good command in oral and written English.
• Aggressive and result-oriented.
• Good listener and customer driven.
• Ability to work independently and a good team player.
• A proactive and resourceful individual who possess good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge and skills on Microsoft Office. Experience in using SAP and CRM will be an advantage.
• Able to handle multi-task.
• Able to travel for overseas assignment such as meetings and trainings when assigned.
• Experiences: Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in the Domestic, Retails, Home Appliance market and Distribution Channel. Experience and knowledge in pump will be an advantage.
