Data Specialist

SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support to production team. Process data to update all information and run the fabric budget month end report on BC, and other aspects of production team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS include the following:
GARMENT:
1. Enter and revise garment PO in Blue Cherry (BC) system.
2. Garment PO clean up in BC by coordinating with production planner.
3. Maintain and upgrade templates for production team as need it, which includes:
a) Style Master Tailored.
b) Style Master Shirting Sportwear.
c) Production Order Template.

FABRIC:
4. Create fabric style and cost sheet in BC.
5. Enter fabric PO in BC.
6. Working with Global VN team and NY Operation team on shipping document:
a) Update all information on BC when receiving shipping docs from mills.
b) Scan full shipping docs including copy of BL and email to NY PIC.
7. Fabric PO clean up in BC and running fabric budget month end report:
a) Coordinate with NYO shipment PIC to clean up BC in the end of month. Move down unshipped PO to the following month.
b) Run forecast report for the following month and send it to NY PIC by 1st Wed of every month.
8. Other duties as assigned

Requires a Bachelor's Degree.
2+ year of production experience in fashion textile industry, would be useful.
Basic import/export knowledge.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong Excel skills
Ability to multi task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented, meticulous.
