Mô tả công việc
1. Hỗ trợ việc di chuyển dữ liệu liên quan đến việc tích hợp, các hệ thống, việc chuyển đổi hệ thống và các sản phẩm mới, bao gồm việc bảo trì các dữ liệu đang được sửa dụng thông qua:
Supports data movement related to integration, systems, systems conversions and new products including ongoing data maintenance through:
• Chuyển đổi dữ liệu từ các tài liệu nguồn dưới dạng PDF, bảng tính Excel, Word, thư điện tử, các biểu mẫu Info Path,…sang các dữ liệu hệ thống phần mềm tương ứng theo yêu cầu
Data Conversion from Source documents i.e. PDF’s, Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents, Emails, Info Path forms, etc to compatible software system data, as required
• Nhập dữ liệu từ tài liệu nguồn và/hoặc từ các biểu mẫu dữ liệu đã được chuyển đổi lên các hệ thống phần mềm PD/OTC/ERP.
Manual Keying of data from source documents and/or converted data forms to PD/OTC/ERP Software systems
2. Làm việc với các phòng Phát triển sản phẩm, Kế hoạch sản xuất, Kế hoạch nguyên vật liệu, Logistics, Kỹ thuật, Mua Hàng về các vấn đề liên quan đến dữ liệu, phát hiện và xử lý các lỗi dữ liệu
Engages with Product Development, Production Planning, Material Planning, Logistics, Engineering, and Procurement departments regarding data issues and identify and resolve data errors
3. Thực hiện các dự án Hỗ trợ vận hành khi cần thiết
Work on various Operations Support projects as needed

1. Hỗ trợ các dự án cải thiện dòng dữ liệu (Số hóa) bằng cách sử dụng các phần mềm được cho phép để viết các bảng mã lệnh (scripts), sơ đồ mô tả quy trình (workflows),...
May support data flow improvement projects (Digitization) by creating scripts, workflows etc. using approved script software, workflow software etc.
2. Thực hiện các dự án của các phòng ban liên quan đến hỗ trợ việc Số hóa và/hoặc là Tích hợp hệ thống/ May work on other functional department projects in support of Systems Integration and/or Digitization.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học / Bachelor Degree
• Thành thạo MS Office/ MS Office software experience
• Kỹ năng tiếng Anh tốt/ Good English skills
• Khả năng chú ý tới chi tiết và tính chính xác từ mức trung bình trở lên
Must have above average attention to details and accuracy
• Có khả năng làm việc hiệu quả trong môi trường đa nhiệm và phát triển ở tốc độ nhanh
Must work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và khả năng làm việc độc lập và cộng tác với các thành viên khác trong một tổ chức gồm nhiều phòng ban khác nhau là cần thiết
Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others in a matrix organization are critical
• Thành thạo MS Office/ MS Office software experience
• Kỹ năng tiếng Anh tốt/ Good English skills
