Data Entry/ Nhân Viên Nhập Dữ Liệu

- Be the owner of the large Saltmine catalog of furniture products & finishes.
- Organize and manage the Saltmine back office categorisation trees.
- Create syntax and standards that meet various different formats of products - whether they are generic or branded products.
- Maintain an up to date library of products & finishes across different clients & categories
- Define labels, descriptions and other properties in a manner that is consistent and readable
- Upload, refine, delete items on a daily basis to keep the catalog fresh and updated
- Review and archive unused objects & catalogs
- Manage access & permissions across the team

- Ideally 6 months of experience working as a data entry
- Comfortable working with large data sets, tables & records
- Must have strong proficiency in excel
- Excellent written English skills & good spoken English skills
- Organized and able to track multiple work streams and prioritize tasks by urgency / impact
- High attention to detail & extremely organized
- Strong logical & data analytics skills
