POSITION
Founded in March 2002, STS has more than 14 years of working experiences in the fields of development and improvement of technological issues in order to provide specialized technical services which ensure international standards and quality with 2 offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The Data Analytics & CRM Senior Executive drives the data culture and builds data capabilities both in terms of technical and competency of the community. He/she develops and implements the CRM backbone that aligned with stakeholders and drive growth in both recruitment and retention of the platform. He/she also provides strategic direction on data usage, insight gathering and connect with other departments (IT, Legal etc) to develop a holistic data strategy.
PROFILE
1. Data/CRM strategy & architecture
• Develop Data/CRM strategy & platform for Openasia Group and its subsidiaries while master global platforms and understand their different capabilities in designing solutions such as Analytics, Social listening, CRM and Data warehouse.
• Work with subsidiaries’ team in developing the CRM solution to understand different data needs, identify data sources capabilities/constraints and build a phased roadmap in delivering business impacts through data.
• Devise insight strategies across all business areas and products in order to plan, develop, and execute effective campaigns
2. Data analytics & insights
• Be responsible for the provision of in-depth and relevant data to drive growth across different markets within the region
• Participate in the creation of customer data, and analytics insight hub that fuels the growth of all commercial revenue streams
• Provide business insights using dashboard solutions and delivering different data representation to key stakeholders according to their needs and perform root cause analysis in case of incidents.
• Be a gate-keeper of all data reports/dashboards template consistently used within the company and ensure security/integrity of the company database
3. Communication:
• Create best practice cases in educating community and be the frontier to drive the data culture
• Liaise and communicate effectively with the Openasia Group and subsidiaries’ teams to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of system to the targeted consumer
• Manage different vendors/partners such as media in delivering regular comprehensive reports and analysis in areas of (and not specifically to) Media investment, post-campaigns and digital performance scorecard.
4. Business Assessment:
• Analyze and review regularly of subsidiaries’ performance, ensuring clear understanding of opportunities and threats
• Drive deeper consumer engagement and help subsidiaries’ team in develop communication strategies
• Prepare reports and reviews for visiting senior management and representatives including presentations such as formal Business Reviews and annual Subsidiaries’ Plans

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Marketing, Business or Mathematics Degree
Languages: Vietnamese, English is preferred, French is a plus
Professional experience & know how:
• Minimum 4 years in marketing, consumer insights or data analytics role
• Possess knowledge of the data strategy and design the data structure in effectively track both B2B and B2C journey, focus in assisting Online Sales, Marketing & Finance team in monitoring performance / optimizing investments.
• Experience in well-known CRM solutions
• Experience in building data architecture with proven track records
• Experience in setting up a CRM program (both frontend and backend)
• Appreciation of luxury goods market requirements and experience in luxury goods sector is a plus
• Vendor Management
• Exposure to other markets
