Data Analyst

We are looking for passionate candidate who really loves to work with data. Being a part of the team, you will be involved in project using your skill and knowledge of research process, statistics, reporting and understanding of client needs. Your ultimate goal is delivering perfect quality with demonstrated excellent service mindset to client.

As a Data Analyst you will take charge of all kind of projects in the team. You will participate in all aspects of Data Processing and Reporting service. Your main responsibility is delivering high quality and excellent service to our clients. Together with senior staff, you will be expected to be a good model for junior member. You will contribute important part in building continuous learning and collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with colleagues in Europe to get project requirements
- Process and analyze data using various data processing and analysis tool such as Excel, SPSS, Python, etc.
- Use data visualization and reporting tools to present information
- Schedule QA testing of all deliveries to ensure client satisfaction, quality standards and error-free projects
- Maintain proactive ongoing communication with the client on a project-by-project basis
- Proactively identify and solve problems related to projects to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in the related fields (Information System, Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent experience in data processing/analytics work
- Experience with a programming language (such as: VB, VBA, Python, etc.)
- Experience with a statistician software package (such as: SPSS, R, Clementine)
- Experience with SQL queries and SQL databases is a plus
- Understanding of quantitative research is a big plus
- Good at MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good at English (writing and reading)
- Careful & detail oriented
- Love to work with data/number
- Ability to work independently as well as being a productive part of a team
- A positive and flexible working attitude, professionalism and punctuality
