Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Designing appropriate databases for the company’s use
- Building systems for storing and organizing our data
- Interrogating the data to glean insights that help with corporate decision making
- Coming up with creative ideas to use our data to gain a competitive advantage
- Keeping to deadlines and delivering consistently good work
- Supporting and training other team members in areas where you have more expertise
- Building and maintaining a strong culture of great team morale, cohesiveness and high-performance

• Bachelors from University
• Having 0 - 2 years of related experience, candidate will be trained for data management, but certain skills are required.
• English communication
• Analytical Skills: capable to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. Capability to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
• Communication Skills: Must be capable to present their findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. They need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
• Critical Thinking: Capable to look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
• Attention to Detail: Data is precise. Capable to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions.
• Math Skills: need to have math skills to estimate numerical data.
• Computer Skills: Must have good computer skills specially Excel and Power Point
• Extensive knowledge, work experience of quantitative and qualitative data analysis, data modeling, report development.
• Ability to analyze large data sets, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Highly organized with strong work ethic.
• Excellent communications skills, especially presentation skills.
• Ability to work across functions.
