Data Analyst (Fresher, Junior)

● Collaborates with the business’s functional areas, including sales, customer support, marketing and gathering data and communicates requirements.
● Creates dataflow by SQL and reports with Data Visualization tools or PowerPoint presentations. He or she documents the business processes and structure of the business.
● Manage reports and increase the number of users
● Working other teams to ensure time results

Required degree/experience
● Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Information System, Information Technology, etc.
● Working experience at least 1 year as Business Intelligence/Analyst/ ERP consultant
Required qualities/abilities
● Proficiency with SQL, programming and business processes
● Know data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
● Skills in solving problems
● Result Oriented: focuses on outcome rather than the process used to produce a product or deliver a service.
● Customer service: Timely attention to issues raised by customers is critical.
Other conditions
● Experience with data analysis methodology, Business processes in ERP system is plus
