Sales results
Support business to deliver overall sales results on time and on budget.
CRM activities
Writing PL SQL scripts and maintaining data reports.
Analyze the sales growth potential or fixing issue.
Continuously work on improvement of existing CRM processes and establish new ones as the portfolio of clients and products will grow.
Cash loan products
Assist CRM Manager on design and roll-out of direct cash loan product sales.
3rd party products
Assist CRM Manager on design and roll-out of 3rd party products sales.
Reporting & Control
Assist CRM Manager to implement process and measurement for product and client portfolios.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic programming experience (any language)
- Minimum 2 years solid experience with reporting & data selections
- Statistics knowledge, basic experience with building regression models
- Experience in the same or similar position (dealing with: cross sell, product development, marketing, project management, …) is preferred.
- Able to summarize and present learnings from the data analysis to various stakeholders and recommend course of action
- Good knowledge of verbal and written English language
- Solid social ability and communication skills
- Problem solving and decision making personality
- Good communication and presentations skills
- Good knowledge of SQL
